IT Support (Joure)

DMT Environmental Technology develops and builds advanced gas upgrading and environmental systems. The company operates internationally and works on technical installations that contribute to a more sustainable industry.

Within DMT, IT plays a key role in supporting daily operations across engineering, production and service. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a junior IT Support Specialist.

As an IT Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for colleagues with IT-related questions and issues. You make sure systems, applications and workplaces run smoothly.

You handle incoming tickets, solve issues where possible yourself and escalate when needed. You work closely with more senior IT colleagues and gradually take on more responsibility.

The environment is technical and hands-on. You will deal with a mix of office IT, user support and basic system administration.

• You support users with hardware, software and network issues;
• You install and configure laptops, workstations and peripherals;
• You manage user accounts and access rights;
• You help maintain IT systems and document solutions;
• You register and follow up on incidents and service requests;
• You support improvements in IT processes and documentation.

What you bring

• A completed MBO or HBO education in IT or a related field;
• 0 to 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role;
• Basic knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365 and networks;
• You are structured and able to prioritize;
• You communicate clearly and are service-oriented;
• You are eager to learn and develop towards a broader IT role.
