Functie

Role Description

The BU Speciality Process Improvement Manager is responsible for the process improvement within the BU Speciality for the Studio & Printing process. The focus will be on production processes, the way of workings around and the standardization between different plants within the BU.

Key Responsibilities & activities

  • Improvement of the studio & printing process including the definition and optimization of the way of working for the color approval process and implementing this together with the studio & printshops within the BU; 
  • Support the Technical Account Managers with the introduction and explanation of customer related projects/processes to the customer and the implementation of customer agreements.

Functie-eisen

  • BSC/MSC degree in technical discipline (e.g., Food technology, process technology,); 
  • Demonstrated exposure to managing external & internal customer relationships; 
  • Proven track record in implementation of transformation, process improvement and standardizing way of working; 
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across multiple functions (sales, operations, quality, R&D); 
  • Languages – Fluency in local language in service area (Netherlands, German is a pre) + fluency in English; 
  • Project management skills; 
  • Works experience in a similar field for at least 5years; 
  • Strong communication skills – able to work at different organizational levels at both Trivium and the customer; 
  • Strong Analytical skills; 
  • Understands cultural differences; 
  • Root-cause problem solving; 
  • Strong internal networker and able to get things in a complex network of stakeholders.
